How to track your order
- Open the shipping confirmation email from JessandCooper and click the tracking link.
- If you have an account, you can also view the status of your order under My account.
- Can't find the email? Check your spam folder, or email us your order number and we will send you the tracking details.
Delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 6–10 business days (Monday to Friday), so the total delivery time is 7–13 business days. Standard shipping within the United States is free. See our Shipping policy for full details.
